Cisco Configuration Professional software is shipped on a CD. Cisco Configuration Professional Express is also embedded in the flash of the router. A default router configuration file is placed in both the flash and NVRAM of the router. The default router configuration file allows a user to connect to the Cisco Configuration Professional to set up the router for the very first time.
