Many rooms on campuses dont require voice or media amplification yet they still need audio coverage for bells, announcements and emergency alerts. The IP Speaker Kit is the perfect cost-effective solution for those areas. And if the IP Speaker with Intercom is used, it provides two-way communication between those rooms and the front office.
For both options, if used in larger spaces, such as libraries or locker rooms, that need more coverage, add up to three more speakers (power supply needed). The IP Speaker Kit replaces a 2x2 ceiling tile and mounts flush in a drop ceiling grid. And because our IP Speaker Kit is POE enabled, there is no need to run AC power to the locations where these will be installed.
