In addition customers are entitled to the Extreme Networks Managed Services Gateway for real time access to network health, performance and security issues, saved configurations, an inventory database, and standardized network reports. A designated managed services account manager will be assigned and scheduled review sessions held. The ExtremeWorks Managed Services ResponsePLUS - AHR service is designed to identify potentially critical network situations and take actions before they become business disruptions.

Extreme Networks service offerings further grant Customers telephone and web access to Extreme Networks Network Operations Center ("NOC") 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (24x7) to report problems, ask product-related questions and receive assistance for Extreme Networks hardware and Operational Software.
