The vibration resistant male tab disconnect is made of brass and is nickel-plated. It is fully insulated in a blue, nylon standard housing and has an expanded wire entry area for wires with large outside diameters. It has a tab size of 0.250 x 0.032" (6.3 x 0.8 mm) and supports a wire range of 16-14 AWG (1.5-2.5 mm²). It is 0.97" (24.6 mm) long and 0.41" (10.4 mm) wide. The disconnect has an expanded barrel configuration and a butted seam barrel. It comes in reels of 2000 pieces.
