Customers receive access to software updates within their licensed OS feature set and technical support for Cisco OS software. Support includes registered access to the software selection and other OS-related technical assistance tools available on Cisco.com, and access to Cisco TAC engineers who can assist with OS-related support issues. Cisco Base does not include hardware-related technical support or advance hardware replacement.
